Selection

Nominated or Identified

Guests and observers submit establishments for consideration, or Aboera actively identifies establishments independently. Each nomination is reviewed internally.

The Audit

We Experience

Selected establishments are invited to participate. Upon acceptance, certified anonymous auditors evaluate customer service and quality under standard guest conditions.

The Rating

Stars Are Earned

Following assessment, a private audit summary is shared with the establishment and a public rating is published under Aboera's four-star standard.
